Income Guidelines for Housing Channel Homebuyer Education Programs

To ensure participants are financially prepared for the responsibilities of homeownership, Housing Channel requires a minimum household income of $44,820 to register for our Homebuyer Orientation and Homebuyer Workshop classes.

Household income includes earnings from all household members, such as employment wages, social security, child support, and similar sources.

If your total household income is below $44,820, you are still encouraged to stay connected with us. At this stage, it may be more helpful to focus on building financial stability before moving into homebuyer education. The resources below can support you in strengthening your financial footing and preparing for future opportunities.
